DIRTHAMMER SAYS

Franklin, NC

Segway side-by-sides just not get the press they deserve. They're handsome, fast, well-made, packed with tech, and super affordable. On paper, everyone should have one, but you just don't see too many of them kicking around, and that's a shame.

Consider this, then, your opportunity to become one of the Segway cognoscenti. This 2024 Segway Villain SX10 WX is the top-spec model — 'X' stands for Xtras — which means it gets a winch, roof, a windshield, and a huge full-color dash tablet. The screen allows music and phone integration, so it's a snap to chuck in your favorite stereo.

The Villain SX10 packs 105 horsepower, which isn't class-leading, but it's more than enough to have a good time. This WX version is a full 72 inches wide, which leaves plenty of room to sneak down East Coast trails while being wide enough to feel stable and planted.

This rig is being sold by our friends at Powersports Depot in Franklin, NC. It's got a few hours and miles on it, but the reserve is set MILES below the usual ask for big-name brands.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
