Reserve is set at $40,000 for this 2023 Speed UTV El Jefe!

This 2023 Speed UTV El Jefe is an almost unused example of Robby Gordon's desert-shredding, Baja-blasting four-door sport machine. It's not the first Speed UTV we've listed, but it's the first Speed longroof, and it's cleaner and lower-miles than the first one we had. It's located in San Diego, California, has Arizona plates, and will absolutely laugh off challenges from the likes of the Polaris RZR Pro R and Can-Am Maverick R.

Our buddy Jake at JV Race Prep in El Cajon, California ordered this bad boy early, and took delivery of the rig back in 2023. The rig is absolutely loaded to the gills with options, and has a scant 161 miles on the clock. It's about as clean as a "used" rig gets. The coolest option, as far as we're concerned, is the Speek Key, which activates a 300-horsepower E85 tune. In standard mode, the 1,000cc turbocharged parallel twin puts out 225 horsepower. The suspension is completely unique in the SXS market. It was designed by Baja 500 and Baja 1000 champ Robbie Gordon, and has more in common with a trophy truck than a side-by-side.

Not only is the design a level above the rest of the side-by-side market, the build quality is impeccable. Check out closeups of the chassis to get a look at the quality of those welds. Suffice it to say they set a standard others struggle to match.

This El Jefe has a long list of factory options, including the Cabo Wrap color scheme, wide vinyl seats, the crescent-shaped bed cargo tray, a Wilwood big brake kit, a fullsize spare and C02 jack kit, a full UHMW skid plate, and Speed window nets.

The seller just spooned on a set of 35-inch Tensor Regulator 2 tires, including the spare. If you want the ultimate open-class desert side-by-side, this rig is it.
