This is a 2022 Oreion Beach Buggy from our friends at Davis 4x4 in Richmond, Virginia. These guys move all sorts of cool iron, but this one hits a sweet spot of being affordable and eye-catching, and it has a face and vibe everyone will love, whether they're gearheads or not.

Oreion has been building street legal kit cars around 1,300cc four cylinders for a long while. They're best known for the Reeper, a half-Jeep, half-dune buggy, half-side-by-side with off-road chops and the same four-banger. The Beach Buggy uses the same running gear, but has a decidedly more laid back and stylish ethos. The best part is Davis 4x4 says they have sold these units around the country and they have managed to get them titled wherever they send them.

It's high summer now, which is the perfect time for a little ripper like this. Cruise in it, take it to your favorite driving beach, or hit the local autocross. You will not be disappointed.
