If you gave us a year, we might not be able to dream up a two-car solution as cool as this package deal of iconic Steyr-Puch off-roaders. An honest-to-God 1972 Pinzgauer troop carrier for weekend trail assaults and a 1980 G300 for weekday daily driver duties? Sign us the hell up. This is a unique opportunity to score two amazing European off-roaders for the price of one, but it comes with a catch: The G300 has been sitting since 2010 and getting it back on the road will not be a simple task. But the Pinzgauer, which wears 1981 bodywork on a 1972 frame and running gear, is fully operational and ready for whatever you can dream up.

The rigs are located in Clarkesville, Georgia. The Pinzgauer has a Georgia registration and bill-of-sale, but does not have a title. It's road-legal in Georgia, but you'll have to check your local regs before trying to register it in another state. The G300 will come with a bill-of-sale, but hasn't been registered in this decade and will likely be a more difficult rig to get street legal.

The Pinzgauer was developed for military use in the early 1960s, and rides on a backbone frame that sits on solid portal axles with lockers front and rear. Sort of like the Mercedes Unimog, the Pinzgauer platform saw all sorts of uses, from troop carriers to ambulances to pickup-bodied utility rigs. They're known to be much more nimble off-road than the AM General HMMWV, but struggle to keep up with traffic on anything faster than a two-lane back road.

This Pinz was used at an adventure resort to transport clients to the top of a zip-line course and for the occasional trip to town. The seller bought the rig from a local Pinzgauer enthusiast, who added the later body work and maintained it after the sale. It runs, drives, and stops as it should, and all its drive systems work. It's powered by a four-cylinder, fuel-injected gasoline engine that was rated for just under 90 horsepower when new. It has four new Cooper Discoverer tires.
